I don't think GA can do that sort of specific identification of specific users - it's not not designed to do so.
Google search "can Google Analytics track joomla users" and the answer I have found is a resounding "No". It can't tell a logged on user different from a Guest user.
Perhaps there are internal (extensions) analytics that specifically look at Joomla user data and not more generally as GA does.
